Dori Global is the international real-estate development division of the U. Dori Group.
Since 2000, Dori Global has been initiating and developing residential projects in Eastern Europe, and during its first years focused on Poland through its subsidiary – Ronson.
Following the success in Poland, Dori Global expanded its activities to additional countries such as Ukraine, Bulgaria and Slovakia. As of the beginning of 2008, Dori Global via its 40 subsidiaries withholds designated land for building thousands of housing units, which are at various stages of design and construction. In addition, Dori Global is constantly operating to branch out to additional countries in Eastern Europe.
During 7 years of operation, Dori Global has earned a reputation for high quality and professionalism utilizing the wealth of information and experience gained by its main shareholders – Gazit Globe Ltd. and the U. Dori Group.
Gazit Globe Ltd. – is a multinational real estate investment company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE:GLOB) as part of the TA-25. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of income-producing properties around the world and focuses mainly on supermarket-anchored shopping centers. The Group's properties generate an annual rental income in excess of NIS 3.8 billion, which is derived from more than 10,800 long-term lease agreements, with a total asset value of approximately NIS 44 billion.
U. Dori Ltd. – Dori Global's mother company started its activity in 1961 as a company for engineering projects. In 1993, U. Dori was publicly listed on the TASE - Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and currently it operates directly or via its subsidiaries in initiating a variant of residential, office and commercial real-estate development, construction, infrastructure and energy projects.
Dori Global's business method is based on planned investments, locating opportunities, initiating projects and implementing experienced management models. This process is implemented by establishing a local management company and begins with locating and acquiring the land in locations with high demand, primarily in central cities. In order to minimize the interaction with local regulators, Dori Global seeks to acquire lands that are licensed for residential projects and promotes these projects by hiring local architects and general contractors. The projects are marketed by the local management teams.
