   About U. Dori

U. Dori was established in 196l and is one of Israel's leading construction companies. From
the outset, the activities of the Dori Group have been distinguished by quality, integrity and
reliability. These attributes have remained constant throughout the years and form the basis
for the company's steady growth from a small privately owned company of sixty employees to
its present status as a group of companies, one of which is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock
Exchange, and a workforce of over 2,000 employees.

U. Dori and its subsidiaries are active in a wide spectrum of real estate development and
construction activities in Israel and overseas. U. Dori is also involved in the Energy
infrastructure field.

The Group operates as a promoter/entrepreneur of projects, as well as working as a
contractor for private and public clients from a wide array of sectors.in the Israeli economy.
Extensive resources, capabilities and flexibility enable the implementation of all construction
categories from residential projects through office and commercial projects involving land
purchase, development, construction, landscaping, environmental planning and the
implementation of every category of infrastructure.

Projects completed by the Dori Group have set established new standards of excellence for
the construction industry in Israel. U. Dori is supported by highly trained personnel whose skill
and experience endow it with unlimited construction capabilities. As a progressive enterprise,
new building techniques and the latest construction technologies are part of the Group
business culture. This forward-looking posture led to the in-house development of a highly
effective industrialized building system which was endorsed and implemented by the Israeli
Ministry of Housing

U. Dori enterprises cover the width and breadth of Israel. Their diversity is impressive:
thousands of housing units in cities and towns; luxury hotels in the country's prime vacation
resorts; shopping complexes notable for their fine planning; office buildings that house the
country's major enterprises. In many cases these properties are architectural landmarks.
